Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice. All prices are VAT inclusive applicable at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw or vary our offers and promotions at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice. You should rely on the product text name or title when you place your order. Photos do not form part of the contract of sale and are for guidance only.

We do all our best to provide you accurate information on the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers in case of error.

Your order has to be picked up within 2 Weeks or it will be cancelled.
We are open on Monday’s to Friday’s from 9am – 5pm, and Saturday’s 9am – 1pm

Delivery Service

Please ensure that only one delivery address is entered in your order. Our home delivery service will be available within 48 hours after your order has been processed and after your payment has been effected and receipt confirmed by our store.

Any order above Rs2,000.00 will be delivered to your home free of charge. Otherwise, a service charge of Rs150.00 will be claimed for all orders below Rs2,000.00. This service charge of Rs150.00 will have to be added to your order total before effecting full payment.

For confirmation of delivery, you are most welcome to contact our showroom at Tel 231-1359 and our staffs will be most happy to assist you.

Returns

Please check the condition of the products delivered at the time of delivery or collection, i.e. before you sign the delivery and collection slip. At the time of pick-up,if the customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged or the products are not as ordered, the customer should not take delivery and should inform the agent at collection point for replacement. We will not be responsible for any breakages, non-conformity or shortages of the products ordered after delivery is made.

Our items will not be exchangeable and refundable once sold except in the case of manufacturer’s defects.
