When requesting for Home Delivery, kindly ensure that your delivery address and a phone/mobile number is clearly written on your order sheet.

Our administrative staff and Delivery Service staff will contact you prior to effecting your Delivery.

Please allow at least 48 hours after you have effected payment for your on-line purchase before your order is delivered to you.

“Pay & Pick” Orders

All “Pay & Pick” orders should be picked up at :

Your order will be ready for collection approximately 

• 1 day after ordering for cash on delivery method,
• around 2-3 days in case of payment through bank Transfer.
• around 1 day in case of payment through Juice MCB.

Your order has to be picked up within 2 Weeks or it will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made with the Store
