1	The fidelity card system is owned and operated by “PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” and is available to all eligible customers.
2	Customers must be 18 years or older to enrol in the fidelity card program.
3	Customers can enrol in the program by completing the registration process at any participating “PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” location or through our website.
4	Every time a customer makes a purchase at a participating “PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” location, they will earn 10 points for every Re.1 spent if paid by Cash/IB. Payments made by Credit Cards will entitle the customer to half the normal points.
5	Customers can redeem 200 points for Re1.00.  Points can be redeemed for merchandise (subject to availability) or used as discounts.
6	Points will expire 5 years after the date they are earned. Expired points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
7	Points are not transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
8	“PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” reserves the right to modify or terminate the fidelity card program at any time, with or without notice.
9	“PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” reserves the right to cancel a customer’s enrolment in the fidelity card program if fraudulent activity is suspected.
10	“PLAY-IT SHOWROOM” is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the accumulation or redemption of points.
11	These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, with or without notice.
12	By enrolling in the fidelity card program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
